Born December 22, 1935, at home in Paramount, Calif. Passed away on January 8, 2018. He was the second youngest of 10 children and the seventh son. Resident of Lancaster for 52 years, hay hauler, and owner of Costa's Feed Barn prior to his retirement. Affectionately known and loved my many as "Papa." Survived by his wife of 5 years Nancy Jo, Daughter LaVonna Lacy, son-in law John Barnes, Grandchildren Keny Terracciano (Cheyanne) of Temecula, Calif. Numerous Nieces and Nephews, Great Nieces and Great Nephews. Proceeded in death by his first wife of 45 years Coleene, son Dale, and second wife, JoAnn. Viewing and wake to held January 19, 2018, at Joshua Mortuary from 4-8 pm. Funeral Services to be held at Central Christian Church January 20, 2018, at 10:00 am burial to follow at Joshua Memorial Park. Officer of the Year in 2013, he loved the Elks and Sherri Chefs, and was an active member for 45 years. A memorial will be held on January 27, 2018 at 11 am at the Elks Lodge in Lancaster.
